Welcome Back

Welcome back Y'all to the official start of Season 3 of Drunken Amateur hour. 


Thanks for sticking with  us for this long. Yes, thank you to the people who's throats I shove this blog down. All this hard work is for you.

ON TO BUSINESS!

We decided to kick this year off with a Time Challenge, really test ourselves and we all know time Challenge can only mean one thing:

Can you cook a Jamie Oliver 30 minute meal in 30 minutes?

The answer? Still a resounding no from us. But I think we did improve at least by 2 minutes.

Pretty much everything was great and made for some rad left overs. The flavours on the chicken were so simple but it came out so good. Would eat again.

**Sorry Jamie, I still like your food, even if it is covered in too much oil and is expensive.

Thai Cooking Class


I spent the holiday season soaking up sunshine and new cultures in Thailand and Cambodia. Almost everyone recommends that you need to do a Thai Cooking class so we decided to give it a go and loved it. We had a full day of cooking delicious food. Mmmm so good and actually pretty easy! You just need the time to make curry paste, they can take up to a good hour, but you'll be super buff by the end of it.

Catch Up!!!!

Hello hello hello!

The end of the year got pretty hectic and I was just tired so I am just going to post some pretty photos from the last 3 drunken episodes of the year. Surprisingly I can remember the themes, but that's about it! So enjoy some pictures of .... stuff. Yay, everyone loves pictures!

As you can see there is some risk involved with campfire cooking. But the inside is still delicious... if you can keep it clean.
