ON TO BUSINESS!
We decided to kick this year off with a Time Challenge, really test ourselves and we all know time Challenge can only mean one thing:
Can you cook a Jamie Oliver 30 minute meal in 30 minutes?
The answer? Still a resounding no from us. But I think we did improve at least by 2 minutes.

Chef's Rating: 9 out of 10 Lying Bastards** Pretty much everything was great and made for some rad left overs. The flavours on the chicken were so simple but it came out so good. Would eat again. **Sorry Jamie, I still like your food, even if it is covered in too much oil and is expensive.
